The mortgage process is stressful for sure. But when you have a lender who is amazing like Paula, things are just better. Paula is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She is clear and concise which made me feel like I understood every part of the process which can be hard with all of the paperwork and intricate processes of mortgage lending. I knew if I had any questions, Paula was there to answer anything I had. Most importantly, I knew Paula had my back and this wasn't just about a business transaction. She genuinely had my best interest at heart and I trusted I was in good hands. This is my second experience with Paula and I wouldn't use anyone else!
